Delete your account
You can delete your Gangkar account and associated data at any time, either in the app or by emailing us.

Delete from inside the app
- Open Gangkar.
- Tap the Social tab in the bottom navigation.
- Tap your profile avatar in the top-right corner.
- Scroll down and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and all associated data are removed immediately.
Delete by email
If you can no longer access the app, send us an email from the address associated with your account. Subject line: Delete my account.

What gets deleted
Removed permanently: your account record, display name, email association, friends list, friend requests, leaderboard entry, session history, streak data, and all progress.
What we may keep: aggregated, anonymized usage statistics that cannot be tied back to your identity. We do not retain any personally identifying information after deletion.
Deletion is permanent
Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. If you want to use Gangkar again later, you'll need to create a new account.
